How do I get billed?

All calls are billed by your telephony provider at their relevant rates. The landline access number rates we publish are for calls made from a BT landline. When you receive your bill you will see that you have dialled our access number and the calls will be charged at the rates displayed on our web site.

For example, you'll be charged 6p per minute on your normal phone to phone Accra in Ghana. All you have to do is dial 0871 5124 666 followed by the country code for Ghana, then the local phone number. When you've finished talking just hang up in the normal way.
